Hippocampus Splenda

I always said I'd redo the Betta Hippocampus one day. After a mate got a couple of them i just had the urge to make another. So here's a redo. I'm pretty proud of it.
The water reflections still don't work right and I can't find a tutorial. If anyone has one please let me know the link.
